I have used Warranty Direct for my 2004 VW Jetta and my VW dealer has dealt with them. I have used them twice and each time, my VW dealer still charged me a $95 diagnosis fee, which Warranty Direct didn't cover. How the heck do they expect my VW dealer to fix the problem if they don't diagnose it. Granted, the $95 is a damn ripoff and I am thinking about taking my business elsewhere.
