Assumptions: BMW 0 will be launched in 2013?
According to sources within BMW, cited by the magazine Car, Bavarian manufacturer has a plan to create a new series of machines, sub-compact class. 0 series will have to drive and could be launched in 2013.
According to journalists from Car Magazine, BMW will build by 2013 a competitor for the upcoming Audi A1 and Mercedes-Benz A-Class. Called "Series 0", the new BMW models are currently codenamed UKL1 (Untere Kompactklasse or subcompact class) and will be based on the third generation MINI platform. So the new BMW models 0 will be the first company to drive the front axle.
According to rumors, the new series from BMW 0 guests will be offered the option of three five-door hatchback, but with one flat and two-seat roadster version. Regarding engines, BMW will develop new engines, with 3 and 4 cylinders.
It is estimated that the new sub-compact class models from BMW will reach the market in 2013, and will be built at the plant Oxford, Great Britain, where they are assembled and MINI models.
