Audi A1 Clubsport Quattro, A 500-Hp Fans Showcar GTI

Audi presents the "Wörthersee Tour 2011" A1 Clubsport quattro, a vehicle built to unique technology for maximum dynamic limits. 2.5-liter 5-cylinder develops 500 hp and 660 Nm, giving an acceleration 0-100 km / h in 3.7 s.

Heart Clubsport quattro Audi A1 is a classic Audi petrol engine - a unit with 2.5-liter five-cylinder, turbocharged and direct fuel injection. Compared with the version used in the Audi TT RS and RS 3 Sportback, TFSI engine power development has been increased dramatically to 370 kW / 503 hp with maximum torque of 660 Nm. Maximum power is developed between 2,500 and 5,300 rpm.

The turbo, intercooler, intake and exhaust have been modified systematically to achieve such high performance. Like the Audi A4 DTM exhaust pipes are located on the left flank before the rear wheels.

Another area where Audi Clubsport quattro excel A1 is the total weight of just 1390 kg. The powerful engine catapults the vehicle from 0-100 km / h in just 3.7 seconds. From 0 to 200 km / h are required only 10.9 seconds, while the machine is "pocket rocket" accelerates from 80-120 km / h in 4th gear in just 2.4 seconds.

Transmission is ensured by a six-speed manual gearbox and quattro traction is always full, both being taken from TT RS and improved. Top speed is electronically limited to 250 km / h.

Clubsport quattro Audi A1 can be experienced only in Need for Speed ​​World, where all players will be available as free rental car from 1 to 4 June 2011.
