Brent Valmar: Car market decline will stop in 2011

Due to weaker sales and debts to banks in the coming period there will be more and more car market transactions, auto dealer believes Brent Valmar, Vice APIA, but the decline would continue in 2011.
"He was and will continue to be difficult. Dealers will still shut, while others will be bought and swallowed the competition. The average price per car sold will still be lower, especially since many manufacturers have launched small and economic models, "said Brent Valmar, Vice APIA (Association of Automotive Manufacturers and Importers), who is also general director of Porsche Romania, in an interview with Business Magazin.
Even against this background, the Porsche chief stressed that a further decline expected in 2011, although "in no case we approach the year 2007 too soon."
Porsche is the biggest importer on the local market reached 382 million euros to run only on condition that business between 2007 to 2008 were about 1 billion euros, according to the Ministry of Finance.
