Bugatti Veyron Super Sport goes into production

Bugatti presented and version number of the Bugatti Veyron's hypercar Super Sport. It became in July the world's fastest car.

Super Sport Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is the latest version of hypercar's leading motoring limit. After the 40 specimens Super Sport, will discontinue production of the Bugatti Veyron and will launch a new supercar.

The new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport has been improved both in terms of power, and in terms of total mass. Super Sport model with 199 horsepower is more powerful than the standard model, and because use of carbon fiber, weight was significantly reduced.

Volkswagen engineers have tested new circuit hypercar the Ehra-Lessien, near the center of the Volfsburg. The test was conducted in the presence of the Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV). The average speed attained was 425 km / h and the maximum is 431 km / h.

The model number will be limited to 415 km / h to protect the tires. To achieve this performance, engineers had to use the turbo system and improved suspension, new intercoolers, a more aerodynamic bodykit and carbon fiber to ease the machine table. Production of the new Super Sport will begin this fall. Top five models will be a limited edition and will be named World Record Edition.

They will use the same color as the model posted the world record. All five models have already been paid.
