Fiat Grande Punto is transformed to the Frankfurt Motor Show in Fiat Punto Evo. The Italian has had a facelift inside and outside and will be released in October on the market with new engines, more powerful and more economical.

Fiat has officially revealed before its world debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Fiat Punto Evo - evolution of the Grande Punto. "Evo" signifies a new level in design machine, able to meet the most stringent customer requirements in terms of technology, driving pleasure and respect for the environment, according to the press release that accompanied the first official photos.

Outside, the country and the Grande Punto, Fiat Punto Evo stands by new front and rear spoilers, leading to expansion of vehicle length up to 4060 mm. The rest remained unchanged dimensions: width 1690 mm, height 1490 mm and wheelbase of 2510 mm.

Evo Fiat Punto, after its world debut in Frankfurt, will be launched on the market with a wide range of engines EU5, including second-generation propellants revolutionary 1.3 Multijet and 1.4 MultiAir. Also in range will join a unit and dual-fuel (petrol and methane). To reduce fuel consumption, the Fiat Punto Evo includes the latest technologies, such as Start & Stop system available as standard for all gasoline and diesel engines. It also will make its debut and "Blue & Me-TomTom '- the new portable satellite navigation system with integrated phone management.

Regarding safety, the new Fiat Punto Evo comes standard with 7 airbags, including driver's knee - making it among the few models in its class that offers this. Other safety systems are available such as Hill-Holder system, adaptive headlights with cornering light, ABS, EBD and ESP.

Inside the new Fiat Punto Evo amended, is now more elegant, thanks to work at Fiat Centro Stile designers. Italy manufacturer used a better material, and paying greater attention to the details.

When will be presented in premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show (15-27 September 2009), Fiat Punto Evo will be sold in the second half of October, at prices far unspecified.

Fiat Grande Punto was caught spy photos, on which occasion we can see that the model is preparing to launch a "new face" and probably more effective with new engines. The model is expected at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Fiat Grande Punto ready for small changes in terms of exterior design (and probably inside), surprised even the factory model. And that was seen in Italy and no other country more exotic, the different test tracks, can lead to the conclusion that it will be soon in show rooms.

Fiat Grande Punto coming to market with some aesthetic changes, most marked in the front. Headlights and spoiler have a new design and the rear taillights have received clear glass. Inside the center console is observed with more rounded and a sound system better than ever.

The range of engines will also be refreshed, and definitely getting the new 1.4 turbo propeller MultiAir recently presented Alfa MiTo, with powers of 105, 135 and 170 hp. Fiat will also incorporate the most effective technologies like start / stop systems launched the 500 model.

Fiat Grande Punto is expected to make its official debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show (15-27 September 2009), will reach the market since October.
