Ford invested $ 250 million in Argentina

While Ford received financial aid to Romania, the U.S. company invests huge sums in countries like Argentina.

Ford said it will invest 250 million dollars in Argentina. The announcement was made just for Alan Mulally, Ford CEO, who met with Prime Argentinean Cristina Kirchner.

U.S. business investment in Argentina enter new global policy called "One Ford." In the case of Argentina it is the intention to increase the production capacity at its plant in Pacheco, where Ford wants to produce a new model. Rumors in the market suggest that the new model that Ford wants to produce it in Argentina is Ranger.

The fruits of this investment of 250 million dollars will be collected only in 2012, but already stands out now sporting interest of Ford South American market. Ford is on the market in Argentina for 97 years but only now beginning to seriously exrtinda in this area.
