Honda CR-Z Hybrid will be launched in series production
The new CEO of Honda, Takanobu Ito, announced today that plans to begin selling the new model sports hybrid CR-Z on the market in Japan in February 2010, following the launch date in Europe to be announced until later this year.
The new model Honda CR-Z, who will join the range of hybrid Japanese manufacturer now consists of Insight and Civic Hybrid, will receive the same propulsion system IMA (Integrated Motor Assist).
Honda CR-Z was presented as a concept at the first Auto Salon in Tokyo in 2007.
Also, the city and Honda Jazz will be launched on the market with hybrid propulsion system in the coming years. Japanese manufacturer is now working on a new hybrid system designed to be installed on models of midrange and high.
