JD Power study: Dacia tied with Volkswagen!

DAIHATSU is in customer satisfaction among cars from Germany in November, according to the latest JD Power survey, and Dacia, on par with Volkswagen, has overcome major brands such as Nissan, Renault, Ford, Opel.

The independent JD Power, with German magazine Auto Test study carried out customer satisfaction by obtaining responses from 16,200 people who responded to questionnaires sent to the Internet. The study participants were people who were on average two years a new car and were asked to say how happy the car are more categories.

For the first time since the launch of this study in 2002 DAIHATSU was ranked first, with a score of 843 points possible in 1000. DAIHATSU, owned by Toyota, has obtained the most points in two of the four areas of measurement: the satisfaction of the serum and operating costs. After the Japanese brand, Alfa Romeo and are Mercedes-Benz (tied with 835 points), BMW (834), Audi and Toyota (with 831).

Dacia has obtained an honorable, 13th with 810 points (below the overall industry to 814 points). On par with Volkswagen, but exceeded the major brands such as Suzuki (808), Nissan (806), Seat (805), Renault (801).

Worst results were obtained marks Fiat (778 points), Chevrolet (775) and smart (772 points).

JD Power and has a top class models, all based on mulţumirii. Class mini won Toyota Aygo, the Class D out first Renault Laguna, the premium earned sedanuri Mercedes E-Class and the SUV's, customers were very satisfied with the Nissan Qashqai.
