Mazda2 facelift is produced in Thailand

Mazda announced that it has begun production of the Mazda2 (known as Mazda Demio in Japan) with a small external facelift, factory AutoAlliance Thailand Co, a joint venture with a Japanese manufacturer Ford Motor Company.
The product Mazda2 at its plant in Thailand is one of the main models for Asian markets, the manufacturer having established a target of 20,000 units per year.
In addition to this announcement, Mazda has released some pictures produced Mazda2 model in Thailand. As you can see it has a slightly different design in the front, suffered a small Mazda2 model facelift to versions sold to date. More specifically, the Mazda2 has a redesigned front spoiler, which incorporates the side air intakes, larger vertical.
It remains to be seen whether the Japanese manufacturer will decide to offer, and European customers this model Mazda2 facelift, given that the models produced in Thailand is intended solely for Asian markets.
