New generation Mercedes-Benz CLS prepares for 2011 release

Official Photo Update! Photos spies have managed to capture four-door coupe of Mercedes-Benz CLS completely undisguised, while some promotional footage. The new generation CLS makes its official debut at the Paris Motor Show.

Shortly before the official debut at the Paris Motor Show, the new Mercedes-Benz CLS is revealed by the pictures from the official brochure, escaped on the Internet.

As we saw previously, the new CLS is strongly influenced by the E-Class and Shooting Break concept. Among notable mention details coupe-style roof, fog lights and headlights with LED technology offer optional LED.

Inside, the cabin of the new Mercedes-Benz CLS is distinguished by leather, wood trim and metal accents, a new steering wheel and four individual seats.

Under the hood, the new generation CLS will provide customers with a range of engines that includes unit 250 CDI with 204 hp, 350 CDI with 265 hp, a 3.5-liter V6 with 306 hp and a 4.7 liter V8 twin- 435 hp turbo. CLS 63 AMG will use the 5.5-liter V8 with 544 hp and 800 Nm.

After presenting the world premiere in Paris in October, the new Mercedes-Benz CLS will arrive in European showrooms in January 2011.

As can be seen from the photos attached, the new CLS is a better design and more aggressive angular in front. The new front is strongly influenced by the Shooting Break concept that debuted at the Beijing Auto Show this year while keeping true production model design concept.

Stands and rear lights and trapezoidal discharge, what gives the back a carved look more impressive than the previous generation CLS.

Model of images is CLS 350 CGI, equipped with new 3.5-liter engine produces 320 hp and 370 Nm. It benefits BlueEfficiency technology, resulting in lower fuel consumption.

New generation Mercedes-Benz CLS will be officially unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in September, during which we learn more.
