Sebastian Vettel Won The Formula 1 Grand Prix Of Spain

Sebastian Vettel, Red Bull team rider, won Sunday's Spanish Grand Prix, the 5th stage of the World Championship after a fantastic duel with Lewis Hamilton, McLaren driver, thereby obtaining a fourth victory this season.

After a very contentious race, from start to finish, Vettel and Hamilton were separated by only a few seconds.

With an impressive pace and using a combination of new tires Pirelli PZero Silver (hard) and PZero Yellow (soft), the two have managed 20 laps before finishing in excess of all pilots, to those in the top six . After the last pit stop with 16 laps before the end, the difference between the two was only 1.5 seconds, the difference decreased with tour tour.

McLaren driver, who like Vettel had four pit stops, set the fastest time and attacked by his rival in the final lap of Red Bull. After 307.104 km race, the difference between them was only 0.6 seconds. Among them was a difference of more than one car length in the last 10 laps, which is one of the most spectacular endings to race this season.

Also in the last laps, was given an equally contentious battle for the final podium place between Jenson Button (McLaren) and Mark Webber (Red Bull). Button has won in the final third position, following a three-stop pit strategy.

Mark Webber, who left pole position, came fourth, followed by Fernando Alonso five (Ferrari) and six German Michael Schumacher (Mercedes).

They also pointed out Nico Rosberg (Germany / Mercedes) - 7th place, Nick Heidfeld (Germany / Lotus-Renault) - 8th place, Sergio Perez (Mexico / Sauber-Ferrari) - 9th place and Kamui Kobayashi (Japan / Sauber-Ferrari) - 10th.
