The new Bentley Continental Convertible Supersports - the world's fastest convertible

Bentley will present the world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show, the coupe version of the Bentley Continental convertible Supersports. The model is the most powerful and fast soft-top convertible with 4 seats in the world.

After last year, also at the Geneva Motor Show, Bentley has launched the most powerful and faster model of its all-time, Continental Supersports for 2010 British manufacturer has prepared its convertible version.

Supersports new Bentley Continental Convertible is powered by the same twin-turbo W12 engine recovered and the Coupe version. It produces 630 hp at 6000 rpm and 800 Nm between 2000 and 4500 rpm, being able to work both petrol and bioethanol E85, or a combination of the two types of fuel.

Power is transmitted to the four wheels via a ZF gear box system "Quickshift" - which reduces the time to change step by 50%.

According to the manufacturer's new Supersports Continental Convertible accelerates from 0-100 km / h in 4.2 seconds, from 0 to 160 km / h in 9.5 seconds and top speed is 325 km / h.

When will be presented in premiere at the Geneva Motor Show (2-14 martie 2010), the new Bentley Continental Convertible Supersports is expected to be offered for sale in the fall.
