The new Volkswagen Golf 6 can be ordered with optional LED taillights

For the first time in the compact class, taillights with LED technology, new customers can be ordered from Volkswagen Golf 6. A facility located in standard equipment for Golf R, Golf GTI and GTD, is now available at price of 350 euros.

Rear lamp units with LED technology are composed entirely of 48 LEDs, making the most efficient Golf of all time is easily recognizable in traffic, even at night.

Rear lights with LED technology is more than a clear signal of sportivităţii. Their time response to activation of the brake is 0.2 seconds faster than conventional incandescent bulbs. This difference can save lives: at a speed of 100 km / h, this time is reflected in a braking distance of 5.6 meters.

Another safety feature is the Bi-Xenon headlights with dynamic curve light. These may vary depending on the lighting direction the steering wheel angle, distance and distribution dynamically adjusts the light depending on speed. Bi-xenon headlights are also available optionally for all variants of the Volkswagen Golf 6 at a starting price of 1295 euros (price valid in Germany).
